How Much Do We Charge for House Cleaning?

When you sign up for our membership, you’ll receive a cleaning bucket with fresh linens and a personalized starter kit—exclusive to your home. We never use the same supplies for multiple clients. After each cleaning, these kits are sanitized and replenished for your next visit. Everything will be explained during your orientation.

Membership Plan
We offer a $50-per-month membership with a 6-month contract, which includes:
✅ Unlimited cleaning at a discounted $20 per hour rate
✅ A minimum charge of $75 per visit

One-Time Cleaning Options

Basic Cleaning (Starting at $XX - Customize pricing!)

Bathrooms & kitchen polished
Exterior appliances wiped down
Inside & outside of microwave cleaned
Note: Tub is lightly dusted, shower receives a simple wipe-down
The rest of the home is dusted around objects, vacuumed, and mopped
Important: Please clear floors of objects to ensure efficient cleaning

Deep Cleaning (Starting at $XX - Customize pricing!)
Includes everything in Basic Cleaning PLUS:

Full tub & shower polishing
Baseboards, ceiling fans, doors, and overhead lights cleaned
Detailed sanitization of kitchen & bathroom countertops
Windowsills, blinds, glass doors, and backsplashes cleaned
Sofas vacuumed (including under & behind)
Beds made, small rugs vacuumed
Dishwashing, sink scrubbing & disinfecting
Wood furniture polished, including dining tables & picture frames
Laundry room tidied
Wood floors polished
Dusting of ceiling

Fragrance Options: Choose from Lavender, Mint, Citrus, or Vinegar. Let us know of any allergies—your health and your pets’ safety come first!

À La Carte Services (Starting at $100 and up)

🪟 Windows: $15 per window, $20 per additional glass door ($100 minimum)
🌿 Patio Cleaning: Starting at $50 (includes furniture polishing & rust removal)
🌱 Gardening: Hourly rate (Excludes mowing)
🚗 Car Detailing: Starting at $150 for sedans

Interior polishing, vacuuming, seats & carpets washed
Full exterior wax & wheel polish
Car Wash Only: Available for $35 as a one-time add-on or within the membership plan
